June 3, 2018 Dear Deped Diary,      Tomorrow, June 4, 2018, I will report to school. After almost 2 months of summer vacation only given to the teaching staff, I am more than excited to once again teach my students, but this time in the 8th grade. I was a 9th grade AP teacher since I started working in a public school for almost 8 years now.           Last Friday, June 1 at about 5 in the afternoon, I asked one of our finance officers if I can set my daily  8-hour official time schedule from 7 am to 3 pm. She agreed but immediately asked me if I have first period classes that start before 7am.       I said I really don't know yet. I respectfully reminded her that teachers do not make their own class schedules. Then I asked her if there is a problem regarding first period classes earlier than 7.       She told me that in cases where the my classes fall before 7 am then I will have to adjust. I said there...
